We visited yesterday and Brei helped us. I was asking questions about perfume first, I asked many questions and she was very helpful to get to know some perfume and also suggested ones that are popular. Then we went to look at the small leather goods and I could not make up my mind for a while. I tell her what I am looking for and she suggests ones that I may likeā¦even ones if that is not in a case, she pulled them out and show me without making me feel like I am Being a nuisance. She was SO PATIENT! We had to come back because I could NOT make up my mind on wallets, when we came back with decision, we went towards the menās section and she suggested one more item for my cross body bag. Omg, I found the one I really really liked in Menās section! I like simple and sometimes womenās are very pretty but too dressy for me. This one in picture I fell in love with. Perfect size for my new wallet and my phone and other small stuff I will carry. Without her patience and knowledge I would probably have gone to Gucci again and purchased something from there again as usual. She was the first associate who was very personable at this Louis Vuitton store. She was amazing!
The fact is when she approached to us first at perfume section, she had no idea if we were serious buyer or anything but for her to take time and consult, that is true customer service. š©· I have purchased other product here before but last time we came during Christmas, the associate wasnāt that helpful

Let the manager know "I have been calling to see if you guys are open and the phone number isn't working", she seemed to question the validity of my statement and said, "yes it is." Now why, as a customer, would I tell you your phone isn't working when it is? The guy behind me in line also echoed that he has been trying to call as well. Next, after boxing up my purchase, I specifically asked if the receipt was in the giftbox, to which she answered yes..... of course, I got home and it WAS NOT! I had also asked about fragrance samples, and was not given what I requested, had to ask another sales person for help while waiting for my sales person to get back to me after she walked away for the third time without explanation.... Lastly, took 20 minutes to try and order a replacement part for a handbag and was unsuccessful. Was told they would reach out, but I don't expect a followup, clearly this store is STRUGGLING to meet the basic customer service standards, much less the "luxury" experience of Louis Vuitton.
Update: I contacted the main phone number for LV, and they are also SERIOUSLY hurting in terms of followup and service. I was contacted about the replacement/repair - not sure if that will ever materialize into anything, as there is no followup at email from the email customer service besides form responses and passing the buck. NOT a great experience from a luxury brand which claims...

On display they had 4 colors shown.Just the basic ones, one of which I already own. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes and no one in the store even said hello. I found a man walking around with an iPad in his hand. I asked him about the shoes and that I wanted to purchase a pair other than the displayed colors. He said there may be more colors in the back but I would have to wait for a SA. I said ok, and after waiting 35 minutes I still had not been helped. I went back to the man with the iPad and he said he would have to āorganizeā his list again to let me know my place in line. I waited another 10 minutes for him to tell me there was one other person in front of me. After another 15 minutes a SA with a snippy demeanor asked if he could help me. I explained I wanted to purchase a sneakerina in a color other than the ones on display. He asked my size and went to the back. When he returned he had one shoe in his hand. It was a beautiful color and different than the ones displayed. As I reached for the shoe he proceeded to tell me it was 4 sizes small than mine and that he didnāt have my size in stock. I was perplexed on WHY he even bought it out! After waiting well an hour only to be told they didnāt have what I was looking for in stock is super poor customer service and an utter...
