I guess 3 to 5 business days for shipping is a joke. It’s the 17th and I still don’t have this. I bought this belt for an event today and I can’t believe you could not meet 3-5 business days l am extremely disappointed and don’t think I will ever order again. 7 business days later FedEx shows the delivery date as pending. I call FedEx and they say bc Saks shipped it Economy which can be sourced to to USPS through Surepost. Today I have called into your Customer Service 3 separate times of the day. The 1st call the rep put me on hold after giving her my account number and after 10 mins in hold she disconnected it. I heard her come back on the line and laugh before disconnecting it. 2nd call the rep put me on hold after giving my acct number. She backs back to say she is having system issues and can pull up my order and told me I should just call back in a hour or another day I asked if she could just transfer me to someone else and she said no and said I need to call back because she can’t help me. 3rd call you he person said the system was updating and she couldn’t help me. I said cant someone help me bc I’ve been calling all day. She said no and sorry and then talked over me saying please call back later and disconnected the call. There are too many other similar sites that don’t ship sure post (a cheap as possible) so that can meet shipping promises. I try to get help from you and This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. You took the money to pay for the items immediately but I can’t get anyone to help me or even keep a shipping promise. Something I really wanted has me second guessing if it’s worth all this.

Read moreI visited New Orleans this past weekend and stopped into Saks Fifth Avenue of New Orleans, specifically to check out the Chanel boutique. I've been dreaming of buying the large classic Chanel bag for quite some time, and plan to do so very soon. Upon arrival into Chanel, my husband and I were greeted by a very friendly sales woman named Maddie. She brought us some water as we had been out walking in the hot sun all morning and which was very kind of her. After I browsed for a minute, she brought out a few bags for me to look at/try on which made my heart flutter! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had as far as customer service goes! I can honestly say that when I do buy my first Chanel bag in the upcoming months, I will be contacting Maddie C. down in New Orleans from my home state of Michigan. I also want to add that I stopped by the Chanel cosmetics area and got the same wonderful treatment from Roxanne J. She was just as kind and helpful and she introduced me to the 1957 fragrance, which both my husband and I loved on me! I also made sure to get her card so I can order from her, which I will also be doing soon! What a LOVELY experience, hands down! This is how you treat customers! Read moreI actually stopped by to do a mystery shop for a supplier who wanted to know why the sells of their products were so low at this location. As it turns out the products in question are only available online and not actually in store so unless you ask an associate about them their is no indication that they can even be purchased here. That being said the staff especially Deanna was very friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with my experience. The security guard did seem to have a bit of an attitude but it didn't seem to be directed towards anyone in particular and I assume she was just having a bad day it was rather late. Unfortunately since they didn't have the items I was looking for I didn't take any pictures however I did see several other things I was interested in and will definitely be going back to purchase later. Product pricing and placement was impressive, sells people were polite and informative but not pushy. The store was very clean, well organized and maintained. Overall it was a nice peaceful shopping experience that I enjoyed, and to be honest I don't usually enjoy shopping at all. Frankly unless I am doing a mystery shop I usually stick to online shopping to avoid the stress and hassle of the in store experience.
