Happy House did a full renovation for my multi-family house, including multiple brand new kitchens, bathrooms, floors and everything else one may think of. The entire process was smooth from the beginning to the end. The workers were professional and on time and attended to the details. And the project was completed within the promised time frame at high quality.

What I appreciate most, however, is how much the general contractor Andy cares about the clients. For any project of decent size, there will always be unexpected items and situations outside of the contract. Andy kept me informed of all changes throughout the process, patiently listened to whatever I had in mind (which could change back and forth), suggested various options to work with my budgets and managed to finish the project on time and within budget.

I hired them for a total renovation of a one-bedroom Coop apartment. As an architect I have very specific requirements: all cabinets are customized, all pipes and electrical wires are replaced to meet new codes, and they actually followed my requirements for all kitchen and bathroom tiles. I draw plans for how to cut each tile, so I'm quite picky and it's not easy. The painting and the carpenter work are finished very good actually surprised me. Workers are very efficient, which almost meet the speed back in China. Also, the owner Mr. Wang is a very straightforward, honest and responsible person, all these qualities I think are very important for a good General Contractor. No hiding fee and always clear about the cost of every small project, which means the price of change work scope is very controllable. And the overall price is very reasonable.
