I'd like to find out which incompetent govt bureaucrat thought all they needed to do was provide new equipment and problems will go away? if you don't care about keeping children safe in a playground then I doubt there's a single thing these people care about.

My family and I have always passed thru this playground and that the playground is a music themed playground and that many people take their children or kids to this place to play with it. Also, that there are basketball courts there where the people can play...

The playground equipment was covered in garbage bags and clothes. There were some homeless people passed out on the playground equipment. Aside from a few adults, there were no kids around. I did not feel safe letting my...
