I don’t give it two stars only because the whole “overly crowded” experience is not limited to this station, but it gets really busy every time a train arrives. People will just rush out of the train and sometimes accidentally push others just to get to the stairs first. Additionally, it is not uncommon for the Metro Card machines to malfunction, or to only accept cards for adding value. Oh, and let’s not forget about opportunistic people waiting for others to open the emergency door for them, or to jump over the turnstile to evade the $2.90 fare while the rest of us have to pay.

Read moreI just went to the machine to buy a $5.50 metro card and i put in $20 and the machine put the $20 in my card when I just wanted $5.50 in my card. Then I went to the operator to ask her to give me the desired amount in the card and she told me that machine doesn’t give that much changed that i was supposed to go to her in first place, and that there were nothing she could do about it. That should be fix and eased the journeys for the users of that train station. Please do...

There is a lot of bird feces on the floor. 7 trains are frequent but the size of the train is smaller and more cramped than the E train. Overcrowded trains, Signals are outdated and always malfunction causing extensive delays. 3 stars because this train arrives back to back. If you suck at every thing else at least be...
