The absolute worst experience customer service wise, that I’ve ever experienced. In December I received a broken necklace with two beautifully custom engraved pendants. We emailed, and then called to schedule a repair. We sent out the broken chain, along with the two pendants. Fast forward 6 weeks. (Mid February) we called for an update on the repair. We spoke to a woman who said “the pendants need to be with the chain before we are able to close the chain” we informed her that pendants were with the chain in the box. She put us on hold. When she came back she confirmed that the pendants were with the chain.. thinking that we had finally had a resolution, and my necklace would be on its way, we waited. Yesterday, (March 6th) we received a package from Tiffany. I was extremely excited to finally wear my Christmas necklace!!! I opened the box, and to my surprise there were no pendants on the chain, or in the box!!! We called to question where the pendants were, and why they weren’t sealed on the chain! We’ve now been informed that the contents of the box that was received by Tiffany & co did not have pendants, which was previously confirmed that the pendants were in the box… which then launched an investigation. Today we received a call about said investigation. Which summed up, the customer service rep that launched the investigation said that we did not include the custom engraved pendants. Again, which was previously confirmed the pendants were with the necklace… This is a circle of confusion that was not intended when we ordered from a company that claims to have the best customer service. Read moreLet me start off by a little back story. Originally from Florida, now live in Georgia. It has always been a dream of mine to visit New York, and buy piece of jewelry from Tiffany’s. I remember watching Breakfast at Tiffany’s with my grandmother. This past May I was finally able to make a dream, reality. I went to this store and purchased the necklace shown in the pictures. I didn’t wear it while I was in New York. When I got home my son and I had gotten Covid while we were there and were pretty sick for little over a week. When I finally started feeling better I was excited to wear my necklace. Upon taking it out of the box it came in I noticed it was already tarnished. After looking it over I noticed the scratch marks in it. I tried contacting the location a few times and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Once I was put on hold but no one came back on the line. So I contacted customer service and they tried trouble shooting the issue over the phone. Telling me that my skins ph level could make the silver to tarnish. I explained to them that I have never had an issue with silver in the past and also I have never worn the jewelry. I wanted to either replace it or get a refund. They told me that they will contact the store theirselves and they will contact me back. I still have not received a call or email regarding this issue. Read moreThis was my first ever tiffany experience back in fall 2010 or spring 2011. I was a junior in high school. My friend and I happen to be around the area since our after-school program was near by. I stop by and saw the glass window with jewelry and I told my friend to come inside with me. He didn't want to and told me "Look at ourselves, look at how we are dressed do you really think that we belong inside there?" Mind you we were teens and I remember wearing a leather jacket and jordan sneakers. He refused to go inside but I went instead by myself. I was nervous that his predictions might come true but nevertheless I was greeted and even asked if I needed assistance twice! When I left the security guard smile said have a good day and open the door. I went up to my friend who was waiting outside and said "You should have went inside" Best experience ever! Listen I'm planning on returning to this location, hoping to have the same experience but soo many years have pass only one can tell if the experience can match up.
