Before I start this review, don’t you dare pull the “Hey, you wrote a fake review! You never came to our store.” card. It won’t work on me, don’t try it. I am writing this review on behalf of my dad. We went today, one of the saleswomen from Kolkata, Bangladesh provided the worst customer service. First, she said my Grandma cant wear the earrings. We understood. However, there’s a certain way/tone in which you should say something. Especially as a saleswoman to your CUSTOMER. Okay, fine. Anyways. Then, she continuously kept telling us that we cant wear this, we cant wear that. We wanted to try on some Chori’s and the way she said “No, you cant wear that!” was so low. The correct way would’ve been “Sorry, but according to policies I cant let you put this on.” Or something like that. We understand that due to COVID there’s many restrictions, but the way she gave us an attitude.. not okay at all. She also doesn’t have any enthusiasm or any of the characteristics that a proper saleswoman should have. She should be kind, show effort, but no. She wasn’t like that at all. Then she told the other workers about it. This one guy who was sitting in the front at first totally side-eyed us. I know he thought that we were in the wrong. So disgusting and insanely disrespectful. The only reason why I’m giving this 2 stars is because there was one other Bangladeshi woman who was actually a proper saleswoman. Since I live far from the store, I decided to return on Saturday to exchange it.When I checked my bank account on Thursday, I saw no payment had gone through. My bank confirmed that I had mistakenly sent a Zelle request instead of a payment, so no transaction was made. When I went back to the store, I explained that I came to settle the payment and also wanted to exchange the bracelet for a larger size, offering to pay the difference.Unfortunately, the staff was dismissive. In particular, the Indian woman wearing a t-shirt was very rude. They refused the exchange because the bracelet had bent, though they were able to fix it within minutes.
