Very good service and lowest ticket price.I visited my home country last month October 2018, last five years I bought air tickets from Digital one Travel office 73 st Jackson heights but this time I went there but they were too expensive ,they chaecked their computer and given me price $1130 each ticket for Emirates airlines and also said you are going weekend and come back weekend that’s why price will going higher but t I search google for better travel agencies in Jackson heights area then I found highly recommended global tours, I called and spoke with Bashir Vai (CEO global tours)I never met him before but his friendly behavior attract me and I went his 75 st office, Bashir Vai given me $960 ticket for Emirates JFK-Dubai-Dhaka , and it was weekend both way, Finally “Digital one travels” lost one of loyal customer like me. thanks Bashir Vai and Global tours ( 37-12 75 st 2 nd...

Very bad service.Unprofessional.Very bad behavior.I was buy ticket to go Bangladesh.I was give him my original passport to buy ticket but this guy made a mistake name.Day after I was recheck my info than I find out he made a mistake my name one latter but when I was notified him but he denied me and he said this is my mistake.I was tall him I don’t want to justify please just correction my ticket.This unprofessional guy maybe don’t know how to behave with costumer.He was so rude.I think we have ignore that kind of unprofessional rude...

I have never felt better with the service they provided. They are ARC certified (if u know what is it) which I have never seen on any other local travel agency. Even though, so much rush and busyness, they always eager to listen and provide the solution for our need. Which I believe is exceptional. I do recommend this place for my friends and family. 🤩🤩.
