We had bad food experience here. We tried 1. Thai Soup: the soup is tasty but it was too sweet for a Thai Soup. There was hardly chicken or shrimp found. The chicken tasted rotten. 2. Beef Tehari: there is literaliterally no salt in the Tehari! How do you cook tehari without any salt? 3. Kacchi: the kacchi seemed overpriced at $16. Also, traditional Kacchi is always made with Basmati rice but they are using Chinigura Chal! Why? I also found hair in the Kacchi. 4. Chai: The tea was really good. 5. Kalo Jam: it was a but dry but okay. Service: They have terrible service. The waiters dont seem to have any training. They are super busy to take order. Had to ask so many times to take our order. Then they came to take order but without any menu! How do we order without a menu? Then he told us to go to the counter to check the menu! Why dont you print extra menus for customers? Then he went to grab the menu. We asked him to give us some time as we wanted to go through the menu and decide. But he came back literally in seconds. We asked for Kacchi and he said they were out of Kacchi. Then we ordered other things. Then he came and said there were Kacchi available. Why doesnt the waiter know what is available and what is not? Then we ate and were having some tea. They waiter kept on cleaning the table where we were sitting! Why? For tips? Why cant you wait to clean till we finish our food and leave? Then I asked another Waiter about the price of sweets. She said it was $8. I asked what is the price of one sweet. She said she needs to ask. Then she just came back with a sweet. I wanted to know the price of one sweet, I didnt say bring me one. She looked very confused! Then I paid for the sweet anyway! Place: Overall the place is huge and well lit unlike many place in Jackson Heights. So, the interior is good. But with lot of people, it is very noisy. Overall, very disappointed with the food and service. Wouldn’t recommend any of the food we tried there. Wastage of money and time.

I have seen this new restaurant opened up & was planning to try it out . Especially the fact it’s a Bangladeshi owned business & I will always try my own food whenever I get a chance . Very nice , big restaurant. Would be great for private parties. They also have a place in the basement for private occasions. So that’s a plus , I did went there to check it out while there was a college reunion going on , it was fun. The food is good, I tried their hazi biriany . My biggest problem with this dish was the tiny pieces of meat which I have never seen in my entire life. That was kinda not cool, I hope they changed this. I understand you guys are trying to show that you are giving more meat on a dish than other restaurants in Jackson Heights. But I am not new at eating my own food & have enough knowledge to know this is not right . I also tried their kabab & it was yummy ! sweet & cha was good, although in future I hope they have freshly made warm sweets. Most of the Bangladeshi restaurants have it like that & I think it will definitely help the business. While I was there I did seen one of the owner checking everything out, even helping out the stuff when needed . I loved that, so I thought about talking to him about it but stopped myself. Everything else was so good & I was kinda disappointed that I have to take a star out . But I have to stay honest while reviewing anything! Hope they take this & make some improvements. Customer service could be much better, I have seen the stuff asking customers multiple times if they need anything, if everything was ok. But while I was there no one came & ask me anything. I had to keep asking them for stuff. Is it because I was just by myself & most of the people were in a big group_? It makes you wonder tho !

Extremely bad kacchi Biriyani, smell so bad. Every peace of meat was not edible - chewy, hard and full of fat. Waste of money. Never eating here again. bad quality meat so Dry ..Where do they even find such a bad quality meat? Also chicken curry was so bad … but garlic nan and butter chicken was okay... not wow.. Butter chicken gravy was a little too sweet n a little thick. Mixed grill was ok, not fresh. But vorta and vat was so good.... borhani also good.. They did not have any chicken burger, samosa, or any mint chutney.. Is this not a restaurant?. First time in my life I DID NOT finish biriyani and chicken curry.. Both went to garbage!!

I truly wanted to support the community and this business, but my family and I were beyond disappointed. Not much to say about the restaurant and food service as I don't have experience with this. However, when it comes to using their party hall downstairs - DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Unprofessional is an understatement when it comes to their business. They forgot the date and time of our event despite assuring us they were on top of it and we would have a wonderful experience. On the day of our event, they did not even have their tables and chairs set for our event. The color and decorating of those tables was an absolute shitshow. They showed no intention of wanting to fix the disaster and offered to place what looked like plastic garbage bags on the tables. Our third party decorators had to wait for HOURS on the day of the event constantly requesting them to make changes. Managers and owners were impossible to reach by phone. Our guests had arrived and event had started at which point their team was still scrambling to put the tables together which at the end of the day looked disgusting and not coordinated with our theme or design by any means. They even sold the idea of this venue as a good idea by saying they could fit 150ppl to 200ppl comfortably downstairs and when we brought this up as a concern, they continued to ensure us of this lie. In reality, they could fit 50people comfortable with enough space to walk around or have any performances. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, and only available when it comes time to taking money and unavailable for any kind of service. Absolutely disgusted. Would give 0 stars...
