They told me I could exchange it but only for exactly 4.6 grams worth of gold value. No consideration for what I paid. Offering me the same exact design, just with some random stones (not diamonds), for $1,200 at 4.8 grams a 0.2g increase from my original 4.6g ring, which you sold me for $805. How does that math make sense? Adding 0.2g and a few non-diamond stones suddenly triples the price? If that’s your idea of an “upgrade,” then your pricing model is either broken or intentionally misleading. And yes I filed a chargeback. I didn’t feel comfortable dealing with you directly anymore.
