Arab American Association of New York — Attraction in New York

A waste of time! They dont use the donations to help the venerable. They use it to pay their employees and rent, they have a job because of my crisis ( Palestine/Gaza). And every time when you knock on their door. Its never a welcome.. it’s unfortunately their answer to anything you need help with.

So thankful to Allah to have saved me from the regime. Lacks empathy. Never how you are managing? Can we help you with this.

Why is the center open? When they turn away a girl that has no family here .. what are they expecting… do they want me to put myself in a dangerous situation to cover my basic needs/ pay a small bill to keep my electricity on. Its just so sad. How people that speak your tongue are most foreign to you. And an enemy you learned to hate your whole life had more compassion understanding and generosity towards my case.

So sad this center is open. What does this center offer?

The government/state has people to help navigate...

I had a wonderful time with them assisting me. I’m not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from but based on my experience it was delightfully a positive outcome. They assisted me in filling out all my pertinent paperwork to get my green card. They were quick and efficient. I was apprehensive at first because I thought they only helped the Arab community but to my surprise they were extremely helpful albeit that I’m Asian.
