In terms of tints, myself and my bf got our cars done here. The service was great, the guy was friendly and very helpful with explaining and showing me the difference between tint percentages and with that we definitely would recommend them for that service.
However.... We were interested in getting a new alarm system for one of our cars and at first glance , it went smoothly , the job appeared to be done just like the first;excellent. But unfortunately that was not so, the alarm system begun to malfunction terribly and return the day after they tried to rip us off with the “ nothing they can do “ bs and some of their workers very unprofessionally making excuses .
Inevitably, they never fixed the problem , even after three more revisit. We then brought our car to an official dealership and the electrical work up reveal that they damaged the actuator.
Don’t think all their workers really know their craft, wouldn’t recommend .

First off, the car was brought to them in PERFECT condition, all doors were working. The alarm system wasn’t.
The car is not working fine when they “said” they fixed it , we’ve just given up with the back and forth. Additionally,The original installation that was done CAUSED the damage to the driver’s door, and with that it ONLY make sense for proper customer service, for them to rectify the issue they created, that was not them doing a favor, that IS how “good” business should be.
Lastly, criticism is used to aid us when we want to make things better, this defensive approach, is NOT IT. Stop trying to gas light the customers who do have issues with the work done to their car and actually take the time and reassess...

This place is so unprofessional! They were 45 mintes late to open their own business. On top of that I did a walk through of what I wanted for my car which was a kenwood radio replacement with steering wheel controls connections, and a remote start and security system. They quoted me 800 dollars flat in cash. I agreed and bought my car in. Once I got there and waited 45 minutes for them to open (late) I go over everything we spoke about and they say that I had to pay and extra $100 for a connector for the steering wheel controls to the radio. I asked multiple times the day before how much and he gave me his word the price was $800 and now all of a sudden it and additional $100?
I came here on recommendation from my brother because he got his tints (by the way this wasn't installed correctly because he had air pockets on his windows) and radio done by them...I will never recommend this place. They put a bad taste in my mouth with how unprofessional they are. They didn't even try to make up for them being late and telling me the wrong price...I didnt even get a sorry for the misunderstanding or I apologize for the mistake in the quote. I didnt get anything! Needless to say i left this shop and will be getting this work done...
Read moreI didn’t realize how badly my rear car speakers had deteriorated until I started hearing a rattling sound, so I brought it into this shop to investigate. I arrived a little late in the day because I had to leave work first, but they were able to take a quick look at the problem and pointed out how the speaker was damaged. I asked if I needed an appointment, and they said it would be fine to just show up as long as it wasn’t too close to closing time.
The next day, I arrived again a little too late, but the person at the front desk arranged for me to go to a sister shop near Jamaica. Even though it was even closer to closing time, they were still able to begin work. I didn’t realize they had to remove the entire back seat of my Toyota Camry to reach and replace the rear speakers. I watched them take out a variety of tools and work very thoroughly to ensure all the vehicle components were carefully laid out. While working, they showed me the new Kicker brand speakers, which looked like a complete upgrade from what I had before—OEM paper-based cones which had cracks all around the perimeter.
They completed the job in such a thorough impressive manner. Even better, the pricing, including parts and labor, was quite reasonable,. No more speaker rattles from the rear! I would definitely return to service any other audio components that may deteriorate in the future....
