Auto Sound & Style did an AMAZING JOB on my older Mercedes-Benz. I couldn’t be happier.

I took my benz to another more popular audio shop in Brooklyn because they were advertising all over social media of how good they were. I wanted a newer Android head unit with backup camera installed. I booked an appointment and even left a note stating my car model and year and what type of android head unit I got. After wasting an hour, they told me they can’t install it because the proper connectors weren’t there. They took $100 from me for the wasted labor. I thought it was my fault. Contacted the company for the head unit and they told me they gave me the right cables.

Frustrated, I saw this store in my neighborhood and decided let me go to them. The owner was there and he greeted me. So I began to tell him my frustrated story. He was like ‘we can do it no problem’. Then I showed him the actual android unit and asked him has he installed one of these before on older Mercedes. One look, and he was like ‘Of course! We’ve done plenty of these installations.’ So that boosted my confidence.

I brought my car the next day early in the morning. And they got to work on it. I worked close by so I told them I’ll pick it up after work. They said ok. Surely after work, it was all done. Wiring was clean. No signs of any damage. And the audio and backup camera was working on this 24+ year old car! It was amazing. I thought it couldn’t be done. But they did it. They made it work by running all the cables through the car to the speakers. Something the other shop didn’t even wanna consider doing. At least they should have told me.

Anyways, I’m a happy customer. Auto Sound & Style did an amazing job. I asked them how long they have been in business and they said over 20 years. So I’m glad I found them in my neighborhood. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sound and Style Inc. I invested in a screen and back camera for my car, costing a total of $445. Despite this hefty price tag, I faced numerous problems, leading to three consecutive days of revisits. They also insisted on replacing the supposedly new camera which was working fine.

Upon completion, I discovered that the steering wheel button, previously functioning perfectly, was now dysfunctional. When I raised the issue, they demanded an additional $150, citing complexities with the wiring. It's disheartening that a service provider would exploit customers this way.

Moreover, upon returning home, I realized they hadn't returned my original camera. When I questioned them, they said it’s defective and said it’s of no use to me. Shockingly, when they returned it to me, they took it out from a box as if it were brand new. They were going to sell it to Someone else. Tahir, the staff in charge, exhibited questionable practices.

Even a year later, my camera continues to malfunction. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of Sound and Style Inc. The level of dissatisfaction I've experienced is profound, and I wish I had chosen a more...

I just had my original front speakers replaced from my on my 2023 Nissan. After playing for 2 hours the sound and power was either the same or less than my original speakers. After my research on these speakers I came to realize these speaker were no better. When I turn the volume up halfway the quality starts to drop. $200 include installation. Its was a good thing I kept the box with the JVC model number. The speakers actually retails for only cost 29.99. I am so disappointed at myself. I would have spent $129 for a pair with 100RMS and 300watt but this one was only 25RMS which mean its is of very low quality. My OEM speakers were better. I really regretted this move without doing my homework. Well, at least I did not spend 1k which I would have if they were good quality. I am looking to replace these speaker at least 100rms/300watt and also a under seat subwoofer. they want to charge $750 for a cheap 200watt under seat subwoofer as well. I did my homework on the sub and they sell very very cheap quality subwoofer. The next day I went to another place in Astoria. they were so honest and got myself a 600watt subwoofer with AMP and installation for only $600. its sound amazing. I will never recommend this...
