Where do i start, went here for dinner with my friend on a Saturday night. We looked for a spot that had drinks and hookah. So we didnt have to leave after dinner and find a new spot. Well guess what we were kicked out after 2hrs Let me start off by saying my friend reserved the table and she stated it did mention something about 1hr and 20mins. She didn't think anything of it. She has never seen that before neither have i. We arrived on time for 8pm reservation. We were seated place was half full lots of tables. After an hour of us being there, waiter comes to us and tells us he needs the table in 20mins. 5 mins before this we had asked to be moved to a different table because we were close to the door and it was cold. The guy was super rude and said we don't have any other tables. Back to the waiter telling us we had to leave in 20 mins. We had ordered a hookah and two more drinks. But he said he was trying to find a spot at the bar. Anyways. While consuming 6 drinks and dinner and hookah. Same guy we asked to move comes to us with the check telling us he has a reservation and we had to leave. Gracefully even tho my friend still had her drink half full, we got up and left. And also left a generous tip to the waiter because it wasn't his fault. This place needs better management. It seem that they cater to people they know. My friend and i were shocked this happened. Being somewhere where you are actually ordering and get kicked out i cannot see an explanation for it. Ive been to smaller places and if you’re sitting and consuming you can stay as long as you want. Never going here again and letting everyone else know this place only caters to people they know you can by they way they are greeted. I really wanted to love this place. Experience was very embarrassing Ive never been given a check at a place...
Read moreWhile I found the restaurant visually appealing with a lovely ambience, I was unfortunately dissatisfied with the service during my visit this past week. Upon entering on a Tuesday evening, my party and I experienced a considerable wait before being acknowledged. We were informed that the dining area was full, but there were some seats available at the bar, which we accepted. We communicated with the bartender our desire to be seated at a table as soon as one became available.
After ordering drinks, we noticed that several tables opened up due to a large party leaving, yet we continued to wait for a table while sipping our drinks. We decided to go ahead and order food despite still being at the bar. I felt there was a lack of attentiveness from the staff, particularly the hostess, regarding our request to move to a table.
I should mention that it was my birthday; however, I didn’t feel it necessary to inform the staff, as I believe celebrations should be acknowledged regardless. Ultimately, my party and I enjoyed the drinks and delicious food, but we opted to finish our meal at the bar and take the remainder to go, as we were eager to move on and enjoy the rest of the...
