If you are a fan of urban art like spray-paint and wall murals a visit to the Welling Court area is a must! It is not as large as Bushwick Collective but it is unique and not to be missed. Start at the end of Astoria Blvd and near the RFK (Tri-boro Br) and walk the surrounding streets. Read moreI checked out this project in Queens after visiting the Brooklyn Collective art area in Bushwick a few weeks before. It was a bit tricky to find the neighborhood but once I did I was pleasantly satisfied. The art work on the murals were beautifully designed and professionally done. You have to take your time and look because I saw artwork in the corner of some of the houses that you could miss.
