Orale Tacos New York — Restaurant in New York

I am disappointed, I used to love this place but lately they've been making some changes which have not been for the better. They've downsized the chicken empanadas filled them with potatoes and still have the nerve to up the price from 5 to 6 bucks. Before they removed the churros they stopped filling them. Ordered a chimichanga that was charred to the point I couldn't bite through the charred pieces. I love the fresh ingredients and the taste but I do not like the changes. I don't mind paying 6 dollars for the larger pieces but if you downsize them and add potatoes I cannot. I am losing things that I want to buy from you which ultimately means I will have no reason to stay. Please stop because I loved your food before...

Good morning everyone, I would like to share my worst experience with ORALE restaurant in astoria , I had place a order of burito and coke , the delivery guy never delivered at my home , on the day after , I call the restaurant, they say , they did delivered the food , would be my word against theirs , however, they called a liar . My advice to you DO NOT order anything on line through them , it might happen to you as well , they have no hospitality skills , unprofessional, unpolished, rude , arrogant, I wouldn’t never , ever , ever again order something with them...

This is a very cozy Taco place, and their service is impeccable.

The place is well maintained and ensures hygiene standards.

The food menu is great and also has lotsa Mexican soft drinks.

Loved the tacos today. It was prepped with attention to detail. And served quickly.

The place is warm and cozy. Feels homely and smells good.

What deserves a special mention? Their menu is rich and diverse. Those who love Mexican cuisine are in for a great experience.

What could be better? Nothing, they are doing a great job.
