We recently had the pleasure of working with Marc Tousignant, who specializes in not just editorial fashion & beauty portraits, but also in toddler portraits. I had been an admirer of Marc’s work for a considerable period of time, but the recommendation from my son’s Agency, further enhanced my appreciation for his craft.

Given Marc’s expertise & reputation for delivering high-quality photography, I was super eager to explore the opportunity to work with him in crafting an industry standard portfolio for my little one. Marc’s clean aesthetics coupled with his creative approach & ability to encapsulate the true emotions of children, is exactly what I envisioned for my son's modeling portfolio & I must say that Marc DELIVERED.

He captured my son in such a beautifully compelling manner. That’s exactly what makes him stand out & what makes him such a remarkable artist. From the moment we arrived at the studio, it was clear that Marc is a master of his craft. His hospitality & professionalism was evident, not just in his technical skills, but also in his ability to create a warm & welcoming environment.

What impressed me the most was his deep understanding of toddlers. Marc truly has an innate ability to connect with young children, making them feel at ease in front of the camera. Throughout the session, he displayed remarkable patience, especially during the moments when my son wouldn’t sit still. Without pressuring or rushing my son, Marc knew exactly how to engage him.

His gentle approach not only encouraged genuine expressions from my son, but it also encouraged spontaneous moments, resulting in captivating images that perfectly encapsulated my son’s personality. Marc’s attention to detail is unparalleled. From the creative lighting to the thoughtful selection of props & backdrops, every element was perfectly curated.

During the shoot, he expertly capture candid shots, ensuring that no precious moment went unnoticed. The experience felt more like a joyful playdate rather than a formal photo session. This made all the difference. When we received the final images, I was utterly blown away. The quality & artistry surpassed all my expectations! Each photograph radiated warmth & joy, preserving those magical early years in ways I had only hoped for. My child had her first professional photo test with Marc and he was fabulous! Not only did he help prep me leading up to the date of the shoot with ideas for clothing, but he was just as enthusiastic as I was for our appointment. It was so nice to see someone so excited about their craft which also got me excited for my daughter and her pictures. He had great energy from the the start to the end and was always ready with guidance and assurance. On the shoot day, he made sure my daughter and I were comfortable. He played music she liked, he engaged with her at her 6yr old level, and he instructed her on how to pose which was new to her. Now realizing that he is a former model, it makes sense! He was great with her and worked quickly, efficiently, and even indulged my child in some of her photo ideas lol. He knows how to work with kids and understands the balance it takes. He was also teaching her and guiding her which was super helpful as she is new to modeling and how to pose. He was patient, encouraged her to have fun, and gave me tips as a newbie to all of this. It was clear that he wants his subjects to be successful and really works to show them at their best. Not only was he amazingly sweet with both of us, but his photos - the final product, which I received the very next day, was AMAZING! My child's photos were gorgeous!! My 8 year old son just got signed with one of the top modeling kid agencies . I wanted to finally get some professional pictures done for his portfolio. I was fortunate enough to be referred to an incredibly talented photographer, Marc Tousignant, who exceeded my expectations.

What struck me most about Marc was his ability to capture the pure essence of my son’s true character. Marc attention to detail and artistic eye brought out the beautiful features and expressions, creating stunning headshots that truly captured my son’s calm but also vibrant personality.

Marc was not only a master behind the camera but also a true professional. He responds very quickly to emails -even though he happened to be in Spain when I initially contacted him.

During our session Marc maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor towards my son and I. He made us feel at ease throughout the session. I should also add that the personalized mood board he made for my son made me feel extra prepared for the session.

Marc was a true boost of energy to my son and really elevated his level of confidence throughout the whole 3h photoshoot session.

When we received the final photos they were absolutely stunning. Each image was a work of art, evoking all the emotions that needed to be shown.
