If i could rate this a zero i would. My experience ordering from this place is the worst it’s ever been . I’m so disappointed in the way this staff handled my food. I ordered 3 froyo pomegranate flavor in which i’ve ordered before (the first time ordering it, it was delicious) and toppings along with it. When my ice cream came it was soup and all my toppings were mixed with the rest of my froyos . The flavor wasn’t pomegranate at all!!! two of them were vanilla and 1 of them were COFFEE. My family and I had high hopes for this place but it seems that the staff have no care in the world about making people FOOD , this experience suggests that they just put whatever they wanted into those cups , packed it up and called it a day. This is absolutely outrageous and ridiculous, After receiving this terrible froyo, i made a call to the store and a man picked up , i proceeded to inform him about what happened and he said “that just how we make it, we add a syrup and that’s what you get” which is absolutely false, as i’ve said previously, i’ve ordered pomegranate before and i know what it looks and taste like. I ordered two ice creams and a milkshake for a whopping $30. I paid extra for a ton of toppings that were missing. Not only were the majority of toppings I paid for missing from my order - the ice cream was freaking soup by the time it arrived. To add insult to injury, when I called to express my frustration, the woman answering the phones was extremely rude. When I told her about the issues I had with my order, her exact words were “what do you want me to do about it?” I told her I wanted a refund, and she agreed. But two weeks later, I still don’t have a refund. I contacted Eat 24, but the restaurant is still refusing my refund. To the Green Apple Delight manager - I don’t know who was working the evening shift on March 10 (7 to 8 pm), but she needs a serious attitude adjustment. Overall, stay away from this place. Read moreI come here all the time for froyo and have their loyalty card. Every time I go, I easily spend $7-9 if not more. I finally filled the punch card and went to redeem the free medium that they have written on the card. The cups that are out to grab are in two sizes so I grabbed the presumably medium looking size. I filled it up and added toppings. When I went to hand my punch card to they guy, he told me I had to weigh it. So I put it on the scale and he was like you have to pay $4. I asked him to clarify. He pulls up a small-sized cup (really a kid size) in the back and says “this is the medium size.” I recognize it’s not his fault and it’s the owner’s policy, but if I spend $7-9 every time I go, I think it’s reasonable to at least get one free froyo.
