Beauty Forever Spa | Facial, Body Contouring, laser Hair Removal — Attraction in New York

I REALLY want to love this place because the staff are polite however both times I got my eyelash extensions done here they glued my eyes shut then used their fingers to rip them open. This last time I literally started crying because the woman kept telling me how experienced she is and that I was moving too much. I strongly believe it’s a language barrier but if you’re not using a solution to loosen the glue you are torturing me by using your fingers to pull the glued skin and lashes apart. I stopped moving but every time she unexpectedly pulled the glued skin and lashes I jumped in pain. She started yelling and telling me that we will never finish. When I finally talked her into using a solution she started applying the chemical drops directly onto my eyes which obviously seeped into my eyes and started burning. I was so panicked and kept asking what she was using. She did admit that it was solution however she seemed unconvinced that the chemical would burn my eyes. She also kept asking me what I wanted her to do to fix it. Lady, if I did lashes I would gently remove the glue myself so I could run out of here as fast as possible. I kept asking her to find a manager to help her figure it out but she kept insisting that there is no one here to help me. Scary experience and sad because the place, even though it’s low key and no frills, is ok. I did leave a very good tip both times but I don’t want to become blind due to a lash...

I absolutely LOVE Beauty Forever. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to leave one for this very special spot.

I have been coming here for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion. The results of laser hair removal has been amazing as the hair hardly grows back anymore. Each visit the staff shows their professionalism. They are kind and really know what they are doing. Of course with laser treatments they can be a little painful, but the staff here makes sure I am comfortable and that when doing the laser treatment it doesn't hurt that much.

The microdermabrasion treatments are also amazing! After each treatment there is a little redness but it goes away within a couple of hours. The treatments leave my skin glowing, looking, and feeling smooth. I have been getting so many compliments lately on my skin!!!!! I just always leave Beauty Forever feeling happy and like a star. I highly recommend: Grace, Sunny, and Yubin!

Beauty Forever also has a very clean and relaxing environment. It’s also super pretty (lol) as it is pink (one of my favorite colors).

I also really like the text messages reminding you of an appointment, which is really nice especially if you’ve been having a busy week.

If you want natural looking extensions then sunny is good, but if you dramatic or even close to fuller lashes don’t go here. I explained it wasn’t dramatic because that’s what I paid for they told me come next day cuz she’s busy now. Which is not professional, since I just finished and was still there. I came next morning to get it fixed and a girl named Hanna took me. Whatever you do don’t go to Hanna, she was beyond clumsy, kept dropping things then glued so many of my bottom lashes to the top and to fix it she took out clippers and chopped so many of my real lashes off!!! And both eyes are so uneven, they don’t even match. But I just couldn’t go back to mess up my lashes even more so I left. The girls are nice but I won’t go back there, I’m so annoyed I’ll be going somewhere else to add more lashes to my right eye. I went because of a groupon and reviews. Pay more and go somewhere else.
