I’m studying Computer Network Technology, and from the very beginning, I felt like I wasn’t just another number. The staff here treat you like you matter — because you do. They understand that students come from all walks of life: working parents, part-timers, dreamers, immigrants — and they work with you, not against you.
The financial aid office was a huge help, and I’ve always felt like they wanted me to succeed, not just pass. And let’s talk about the downtown Manhattan location — there’s something special about walking to class with the skyline around you. You feel like you’re in the heart of the city and your own story.
BMCC has given me the tools, the foundation, and the confidence to keep going — to eventually earn my bachelor’s, and then my master’s. Maybe even that PhD one day.
