What a terrible experience for Cinco de Mayo. Pedro was outr waiter and he was drunk when we arrived at 7pm. He added a $25 drink without me asking for it and when I asked him about it he became defensive and said I couldn't afford it. After an hour i asked for the bill and before he could retrieve my debit card I asked him for a 2nd round of drinks which he then refused to add and serve. He stated he could not serve me another round if drinks although the party of 10 that I was with was not done for the night. So to avoid any issues I went to the bar to pay my tab and order snothrt round if drinks. From across the bar he proceeded to make faces at me like an adolescent child. At that point I felt targeted and bullied so I informed the manager Waska. Waska then informed he will speak to Pedro and address the issue. That didn't happen either Pedro then came to my table and began to scream and yell that I was only there for trouble. I have never experienced anything like this at any place of business. It seems like the staff at t his establishment is only interested in abusing their customers. ...

Nice salsa and chips. The chicken enchiladas were good but for some odd reason they don't put the sauce in the enchilada which makes it very very dry.... they put only a very little on the outside. Weird, right? I love tomatilla sauce as well as red sauce..... don't be shy with the sauce!!! Loved, loved the yummy refried beans! I HATE, HATE, HATE the seating. I loved it when Zona had tables on the sidewalk and you could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. What they have now are those dreadful sheds that have walls and are nothing like sitting outside. 😐 Waiter was great, very nice. $30 for lunch sans alcohol.

Take the shanties down and put tables on the sidewalk. Guests love being outside and watching famous...

I took my family to have dinner here and was very dissatisfied. The initial service was awful. We sat in the outside booth and other people who came after us got served. We finally were served and the food was awful. All 5 of us got different meals and all of them were bad. At the end of the meal I used the restroom and it was disgusting. No soap, no tissues or hand towels. The floor was sticky like it was mopped with the same mop for weeks. Had I seen the bathroom first I probably would not have eaten there. To top it off one of my daughters got food poisoning. Never again the health department should...

@calizanyc is a delicious new Mexican restaurant in Tribeca! They have a gorgeous elevated patio & a large mezcal selection. The perfect spot to hang on a nice day & enjoy delicious food! They also have a great happy hour from 4-6pm Monday-Friday! What we ordered: 🥑 Guacamole - pepita salsa macha, serrano, cilantro, corn tostada 🥑 Ensalada col rizada - baby kale, pea shoots, pickled cactus, radishes, black bean tahini, crispy grain 🥑 Flor de calabaza - squash blossom, refried beans, salsa morita, oaxaca cheese, herbs 🥑 Esquite tostada - corn, avocado, chile piquin, cotija cheese, lime, mayo, cilantro 🥑 Churros #nycrestaurants #mexicanfood #guacamole #avocado #chips #tribeca #newyorkfood #tacos #foodiesinternationalchat #globaleats #tribeca

Decided to try this place to refuel after owning my friend at a game of mini golf at pier 25. Calm atmosphere with good music. The service was okay, the waitress could have been a tad more attentive, they were kind of hard to get a hold of and my order came out wrong the first time around. The frozen margaritas were pretty good, had a good amount alcohol. The food tasted fresh and authentic for the most part. The chorizo burrito was okay, a tad dry but still flavorful. The steak and fajita peppers were cooked and seasoned very well, I enjoyed that. The prices were average, not too expensive but also not cheap either.

I love to eat at dahlias. Love their quality and quantity of food . U can never go back empty stomach. I ordered a mango chicken quesadilla .. unbelievably good taste. In other places that i have eaten , quesadilla is full of cheese and tastes cheesy. In dahlias i could taste the meet or veggies and very less cheese. Love it. My friend ordered chicken wraps and he loved it.
