Broadway Meats — Attraction in New York

BEWARE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.... I went into this meat market today to get chicken and other items until I noticed a man that was working behind the counter and then i saw him go outside and come back inside and wiped his nose with his hand and continued to work without washing his hands!!! and on top of not washing his hands he had no gloves or mask on while serving this lady in front of me. When i asked this man to please wash his hands because he just came from outside and he said and i quote " i will not wash my hands because i don't have to." So i left without buying anything because i refuse to get food where Im seeing contamination and not say anything wouldn't be me. Im sad because these people that work there don't care about the health of their customers with everything like covid and monkeypox happening people need to know that this...

I have been to this meat market a few times over the last 3 years. In the past, the service and quality of meat have been great. The three-star rating is due to the encounter on yesterday. The person did not listen to the order request. We asked for a specific size of oxtails and didn't get it. Once home we noticed not only was the size incorrect for 70% of the order, there were several small pieces of plastic in the bag of oxtails. How sanitary can this be!? This never happenrd before and I pray this is a one time thing. I will try this meat market again to afford some grace that we all need. I will update this review if and...

I want to support the local butcher and give a high rating , but the service varies there , there's one guy there who's just super rude , allways gives girls service before the guys , I waited for 20 minutes to get service , just for him to ignore me and give service to the girl who just walked in , and beeing rude to me when I try to say somthing , some of the butchers know what they are doing and are super nice, some are nice but have no idea what they are doing. Hope this will be seen and improved , I'm not gonna stop buying there and will continue to support . But...
