Got there at 7:44 pm .. their hours advertise they close at 8 . They had JUST locked the doors I pulled on them and a man turned back around , came to open and said they’re closed . I said it’s 7:44 y’all close at 8 . He said they close at 7:30 but leave at 8 .. I then asked why is it advertised the store closed at 8 if they close at 7:30 ? I proceeded to say so if I call your general manager he’s gonna say y’all close at 7:30 and he said yes which I doubt but hey I digress . Being a retail manager I know they just don’t want to stay later than they have to but if you’re going to say the store is opened until 8 pm customers should be able to purchase items at LEAST until 7:55 pm at the bare MINIMUM . Showed up on a Monday purchased clothes and went home to try it on since there is no dressing room. Went back to return 2 items after seeing 2 shirts did not fit well and a hole in 1. Got there at 8:42pm and the doors were locked and the workerl refused to come to the door. 8:46 she came to the door to let out customers and told me she cannot let me in because they close at 840 on Monday's. I explain I was just here I'm just trying to return 2 items. She tells me no, the cashier is going to ring up that last person and that's it. This place always comes through during the clutch when I need a last minute outfit . The customer service is good the associates are very friendly and helpful. They may not always have everything in store however they do accept online returns and give store credit for eligible items . I still hate that there are no open fitting rooms but I live close by.
