We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for...

WORST COMPANY EVER. Up till this minute I still haven't received my Covid results (I took the test on Thursday 16th December. I paid $175 for a rapid-PCR test. I kept asking if I would receive the results in a few hours as stated on the website & they repeatedly said yes. I still have not received my results. My flight was the next day and I wasn't able to catch my flight because my results were not received. This company is a big scam. To add to that they are also not free, if you do not have New York state ID...
