Cityworld Hyundai Service — Attraction in New York

I normally don't write any reviews. But what they done to me needs to be known . Hyundai at 2249 New England Thruway, Bronx, NY 10475 these people are scammers. Especially the worker named Chris. I have taken my car there and They told me that was an issue with my engine it needs to be replaced. They said my engine was covered under warranty but there was no maintenance for the vehicle. If I purchase a maintenance package they will replace the engine. I spent almost $2,000. The maintenance package consists of new timing belt, cleaning, fuel injectors. So this is how I found out that they didn't replace the engine. The first month. The timing belt that they put on end up ripping because the wheel was broken. The second issue was I end up getting a problem with my fuel injector. I use the blue driver tool that I have the code came up p0201 this issue is related to the field injector being damaged or clogged. Since I already spent a lot of money, I was forced to work on the car myself after removing the intake manifold to get to the fuel injector you can see inside the engine and to my surprise the valves All gunked up. I immediately called the lawyer They asked me what did the receipt say I went back to the receipt even though they told me verbally that they had to change the engine. The receipt did not say anything like that. The receipt only said it was during new timing belt and cleaning the fuel injectors and changing the oil ac line. I’ve been going to this place since I purchased my Vehicle. I honestly only come here because I still have warranty on my vehicle but once the warranty is over i am no longer coming here, well at least not for all maintenance. I’ve honestly never had a problem overall. Jessica and Jimmy are straight forward, they’re not the mechanics. They do the best they can to attend you and let you know what’s going on with your vehicle.

Yes waiting sucks and sometimes the earliest appointment isn’t until a month after you make a phone call to schedule it. It feels like they get extremely backed up, it becomes inconvenient because you could leave the car there for a day depending on what service is being done on your vehicle but i understand. Vehicles aren’t something you can just fix in the snap of a finger, THEYRE MACHINES!

I’ve seen bad reviews about the crew and to be honest based of what I’ve seen, the mechanics always seem more miserable because of how many requests and questions are made about the cars they get on a daily. Majority of mechanics I’ve met seem to hate their job. Why become a mechanic if you don’t like dealing with cars when they need...

I service my car 2021 Hyundai sanafe 04/20/23 I did oil change cabin air filter and left side driver mirror fix I bring my car with no damage from the inside after my car is done I received my car back with damage on my left inside window seal door with trash left in my SUV at the time I received my car it was closing time I call no one answer the next morning I call the service representative which is Jessica Rodriguez I let her know about the damage she said I should take a picture of the damage and email it to her the next day she email me back and said the person who was working on my car which is Willie Killian said he didn't damage my car I am very upset that i bring car in one piece and get it back damage I email her back again about the damage she did not reply I would never give this service center a 5 star and all I want is my car fix i don't get it fix am going to sue this service center for not fixing my car am very upset and unplease and not happy, for all other Hyundai customers check your car inside out for any damage or scratch before drive off the service center.
