Collision Proz Auto Body Shop - Auto Body Repair in The Bronx, NY — Attraction in New York

I came in with an electrical issue due to some rats that ate the wiring (they apparently know my schedule when I move the car) so a tow truck was called to the scene from Collision Proz where I met the driver Goyo. An very skilled and thoughtful tow truck driver that maneuvered the vehicle carefully because the wheels was locked and it was in a tight place that needed some finagling. I was originally going to a different place but he recommended his shop so there we went. I met with one of the owners Sebastian who is straight up and detail-oriented guy that explain the process of what was to be done and what to expect. He introduced me to the master technician who I like to call the Auto Wizard of the shop, Hector who then explained the process and what was going to be done. The work he did and not just replacing the wires but also configuring the wiring adding parts that needed to be added relining the firewall and immaculate clean up of that engine was a night and day difference and it was much better looking than when he first came in. I first came in with little or no expectations and I am a skeptic at heart but after this experience I think I found the place that I can trust to get the job done and I was TOTALLY BLOWN away what Hector the Wizard and his team did to the engine area looked like a custom job but to them it's just another day at the "Shop". And matter of fact they are still working with me to get the exact battery for that car's electrical specs (because not just any AutoZone battery will do) according to Hector the Wizard which I am truly grateful though. So if you are skeptic like I WAS that wants to trust and have a place that you can fully rely on for your auto needs check this place out and you owe it to yourself to speak to these three individuals Sebastian, Hector, and Goyo. Avoid this place. They are very unprofessional and do not consider the customers feelings or what they are going thru. They do not update you with no info if you call and check up on your car they say they will call you back but never do ! My car was towed after a accident. And the next day I tried to go take out my car because of all the bad reviews. They told it me it would be 1100$ to take it out after 24 hours!? Very scammish. I didn’t even want them too fix my car all I just needed was my car towed. And even than other tow locations never give these fee’s . My mechanic shop and I was trying too work on it however they try anything to keep your car in for repairs ! Plus They take forever it’s been over a month, I had too extend rental agreements come out of pocket. I call to try to get answers on the car and all they do is give bad news about parts being delayed or something to keep you waiting without knowledge of anything. I haven’t received my car but when I do I’m going to triple check that everything was done correctly from my family mechanic. At this point I’m so frustrated if anything more goes wrong with my Car after the job , I’m filing a law suit. Making a complaint too the BBB And following through with a Vs35 dmv form of complaint. This place isn’t worth it they always backed up on cars and from what i heard they just make the car worst after repairs or don’t do a good job at all after consulting with previous customers. I made a major mistake trusting this company with my car don’t make the same !!! Instead of helping they made my situation worst and my life a living hell at the moment. All I want is some professionalism and mechanics who are fair too there clients , gives them the options they want for there situation. Even contacting and updating your worried clients about there cars...

Recently I was involved in an accident in my 2021 GMC Denali pick up truck which left the whole front end of my truck looking like a crushed soda can I was completely scared and lost in the whole matter seeing how this was my first major accident and didn’t really know what was to come or what steps needed to be taken to get this nightmare done and over with Collision proz showed up to the seen of the accident and explained the steps that needed to be taken and what my options were They put me at ease with the whole ordeal thanks to there knowledge and just overall compassion with my situation They offered to fix my car for me and handle things with the insurance company and they even helped get me a rental car so I wouldn’t have to be with out a car for the duration of time it would have taken to fix my truck I had a expansive deductible which they even helped with that too waving the entire thing so I would not have to come out of pocket at all I got my truck back in a timely fashion considering all the damage that had been done When they told me to come pick up my truck that it was done ….. my god I could not even tell that the truck ever was involved in an accident at all I swear they must have switched trucks because the truck looked brand new as if nothing ever even happen What an amazing job they did !!! with there attention to detail and there professionalism they showed and the compassion towards the whole situation I’m honestly so grateful they showed up and took care of everything I give a 5 star ,two thumbs up , 100% satisfaction review
