Cookie's Department Stores — Attraction in New York

I placed an order online , one shirt and 3 tights . I ordered the wrong size I needed to exchange them for bigger size . Called customer service about the process to return . The person I spoke with told me she couldn't take the tights back I didn't even open them . She can only exchange the shirt but for me to get a return label package I have to pay $7 and the shirt only cost me $7 . This is ridiculous That was the worse experience ever I will never order anything from this place ever again. The 1st floor is fine but downstairs with all the babies items the workers are always following me for the 3rd time coming here. I lived in this area for 30years, I use to shop here with my mom when I was little & it was great memories. Now with my baby they ruined my shopping experience looking for her birthday outfit & shopping for daycare items. I will never buy at this Cookie location ever again. I tell my friends & neighbors about this location... be prepared to be watched ...
