I am awestruck by my kitchen’s remodeling job. This family owned establishment goes above and beyond, from the initial stages until the end result. From the moment you walk in, you are treated more like family, rather than a mere customer. I have found the customer service here to be unique among other providers that I have encountered with. I was provided with unlimited snacks and refreshments throughout my visits, which is an additional aspect that made the personalized design process enjoyable. Arjun was smart and knowledgeable and was eager to help us purchase our kitchen from him. While we had to chase after him many, many, many times to get things done and finalized, (sometimes resulting in his response being too late and irreversible damage being done to our cabinets, we are somewhat happy with the final product. HOWEVER, our countertop was not installed properly (by his men) and apparently not measured correctly either (by his men). Additionally, they made the seam between the two countertop pieces in a spot that made no sense and which now looks ridiculous. To top it all off, they ruined the very expensive counter top “finish” at the seam. I spoke with the manufacturer who showed proof that the counter top was flawless when it left their warehouse. The mistake was obviously done by Arjun’s guys, but he refuses to take responsibility for it. I am now stuck with a very expensive kitchen with a ruined expensive countertop that he...

Arjun and the whole family was such a pleasure to work with!! What a great family ran business! True hard workers!! I found Customers Kitchen & Bath on a google search and decided to reach out to Arjun, who quickly gave me a consult via email! I decided to use Ajay's crew (Arjun's dad) for the whole job (demo, construction, cabinets, installation). Ajay and his crew was so organized when it came to setting up the job! He has the men here as soon as possible to demo (CLEAN WORK!!) Everyday 8AM, I had the workers until 4:30, true hard working men! In 4-5 weeks (with some delay due to my indecisiveness), I had this beautiful kitchen that really just made my house! I could not have been happier with the workers from Customers Kitchen and Bath!
