Oct 7th Update: I've finally received my vehicle title by mail, after a delay of 4 months. I decided to contact the NY DMV to inquire about the delay, and they informed me that the title had been returned back to the DMV due to the absence of my apartment number in the address. After confirming my address, complete with the apartment number, they agreed to resend the title. A week later, I received my title by mail. If you're also experiencing delays, I suggest reaching out to the NY DMV as they can assist in resolving the issue. One suggestion to this business for improvement would be to reconfirm the address including the apartment number during the registration process to prevent such minor errors. Overall, I highly recommend this service. The staff is very friendly and willing to help as much as possible.

I had an exceptional experience at this business today when I visited to register my newly purchased vehicle. Sumit, the associate who assisted me with my vehicle registration, was truly remarkable. If i could give negative stars - I WOULD! Worst experience. I called ahead of time to ask what documents were needed to replace my license plate after losing one of them. They told me “just come in with yourself and the plate”. I walk in and was told i needed more documents. I go home and return the next day with the documents. Walk in again and MORE DOCUMENTS NOT MENTIONED BEFORE are needed. I go home and return a few days later. I walk in and after all documents requested from the 3 visits, they say they are unable to get me plates due to an expired drivers license of the owner of the car. NO WHERE online does it say that this can not be done. We had other proof of ID besides the expired license. We called another DMV express location and my plates were given to me in 15 MINUTES from getting there!! ALSO cheaper. This location wasted my time. Do yourself a favor and go to any other DMV express...

If I could give negative stars I would. These people are so dirty the office has cigarette buds in the hallways it’s smells like mold and not to mention the staff whom are not going to help you complete any service unless you are the same ethnicity as them (Arab/Hindu/asian) don’t bother coming here because they are not willing to complete any services for you and will not even look up your information. When you walk in there are a crowd or employees or relatives none of which are working they are just playing on what’s app. I know this is true because the office is so tiny there’s on space for two people to sit and the three/five employees share these iPhone they pass around probably to get their reviews to 5 stars.
