I've taken two road test here, very easy area to ride a motorcycle and drive, but I haven't been fortunate to have good inspector, not sure if they had a fight before they left their house but, both of them gave me very bad scores on things that I see drivers on the road making it real bad, How can you be Inattentive to traffic when you look left and right at an intersection, look at the blind spots before making a right or left, and how do they want you go 25 MPH when it is raining. it's part of the computer test that if the weather is bad you would never go at the speed limit cause the grip on the tires are not the same as when it is not raining. and can somebody tell me that you won't wide when there are vehicles parked on the pedestrian walk path or wide when another car is passed the pedestrian path way, I really hate that the inspectors in this location are not that conscious when it comes to see that people applying for a driver license are not experts because we are not allowed to drive or maybe like in my case, don't have a car. But honestly that's the reason a lot of people sometimes prefer to driver with no driver license than taking a road test. I'd try one more time but not at this facility every again. Not sure if the inspectors are underpaid or what but sadly not every inspector there is worth...
Read moreToday, April 2, 2025, I took my road test with Examiner ID: 547 at the Springfield Gardens test site. Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. From the beginning, the examiner’s attitude was noticeably unprofessional and disrespectful. She made comments such as, “I don’t have all day. Are you going to get in the car or just sit there staring at me?”
After entering the vehicle, I fastened my seatbelt, adjusted my mirrors, and prepared to begin. She responded with another inappropriate remark, saying something along the lines of, “You must have all the time in the world—unlike me.”
Throughout the test, she repeatedly raised her voice and criticized minor actions in a way that felt excessive and hostile. This behavior made the experience unnecessarily stressful and discouraging.
I would not recommend this examiner or the Springfield Gardens test site based on this experience. I have another road test scheduled at the Garden City location, and I hope for a more professional and respectful encounter.

Read moreI took my road test here, and unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The examiner (ID 547) had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever encountered. From the very beginning to the end of the test, you could feel her negative energy throughout the car. The way she spoke was condescending, like I was a child, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and discouraging. Honestly, if someone dislikes their job that much, they should consider another line of work. When you’re dealing with people who are already nervous about their road test, the least you can do is show some professionalism and respect. No one should be treated with that level...
