Dollar Tree — Attraction in New York

I would love to give this Dollar Tree 5 Stars but I cannot.

This store has a variety of great products. So, 2 stars for that.

There is a tall gentleman, who I see every time I come. He goes out of his way to provide good customer service. He is quick to answer your questions, help you find an item, and make sure you get rung up quickly. So, 2 stars for that.

The store has a parking lot and I can always get a spot right next to the store. So, 1 star for that.

So, then there is the disrespectful bald headed woman who tried it today. I asked another pretty woman with beautiful locks could I use the restroom. The woman with the locks went to open the door and knocked, but the bald headed woman with the bad perm and fried edges was using the restroom. I was instructed by the woman with the locks to wait until she came out. So, I did. When the bald woman with poor hair dye job and her hair pulled back in piss poor attempt to make a ponytail came out of the restroom she tells me, “we do not have a public restroom; the restroom is for customers!” So, I stated to her, “I was given permission because I really needed to go.” After baldy locks walked away, I used the restroom. Please see the sign in my photos. Not only is not able to maintain her edges but she clearly does not know how to follow store policy.

So, it doesn’t end there. She rings up my roommates items on my tab and tries to make it seem like it was my fault. I’m terribly disappointed in the behavior of the bald headed heifer with the raggedy edges. She is toxic and...

Im almost sad about giving this review. Mostly cause I love love this location. I come all the way from Williamsburg here. My rating is souly on the nasty lady at check out. Miserable is an understatement. I approached the counter and I said hello good evening she in turn she said nothing so I said hello again..... how harmful is it for you to respond to somebody giving you a greeting!!!? However her whole attitude was very negative the whole time she spent going really really slow purposely. Then she was packing my bags with only one bag instead of doubling the things that were heavy when I asked her may she double the bag please she was very nasty and was like "wait" a whole attitude everything like very disgusting. Several times she looked down at her phone to text someone and I'm just like wow this is crazy I've came here a handful of times and always experienced really Pleasant out going fast counter personal. The young lady did not have a name tag. However she was some what heavy set brown skin with corn braids. I will be making a further complaint about my visit today. Outside of this one lady. The floor staff very helpful. Store cleaned and stocked well. I hope that management takes time out to address the way there employees handles customers...

I used to give them 5 stars but there's a employee that every time she saids cashier open when one person in front of me she takes care of him and my turn cashier close she has done this 3 times already.too the employer of this dollar tree id your employees don't want to work and they are not professional they should go home and let someone else work I have a video with her face she has done this 3 times too me there's cameras there look at your cameras and if it was not for us the costumers they would not have a job the employer should make sure that the people he hires are willing to work and they are going to carry themselves as professional people friendly and not choose who she going to give attitude and who she's going to be nice if it's not for us the costumers they would make no money and we spend not just a dollar we spend 100 yes and more believe it or not too the employer look at the cameras December 17 around 12.00 something too 1.00 something next time she does that to me I have a video with her face so the employer will know next time I am posting this video of her so she does this too me for the 4 time I don't care I will post the first video and second be grateful...
