Been going to this location for years maybe 5+ never had a problem with anybody until today a worker named Larry had the worst attitude about something so simple and itās my guess he just did not want to work and he lost a simple argument he tired to lie about, I came in there with a controller I had a warranty on and Larry asked for my phone to look up the warranty gave it to him he asked me which name to my surprise I didnāt know I had 2 separate names on my account and he said I had a pre order on one of them I said cool let me get a refund for that he said no you can do that I said yes you can I used to work at gamestop, Larry got so angry and upset his next words were ok so leave and go to the eastern pkwy location thatās almost another 2 miles away, thatās not a problem for me as I drive but what if someone used all there money to take a cab or bus or train to his location and he has this attitude for no reason he act like someone cursed at him or was yelling he acted like a spoiled child and not Adult he was dressed like a street corner thug even tho heās 130 pounds and 5 foot 6.
Also I went to the other game stop and multiple employees confirmed people also came in there complaining about the same person.

She held the item that I needed since the other location sold the last item that was brought up to the register for me while I was in line waiting to get up to the register! (Unbelievable!) Anyway, when I arrived , they were having issues with their computers š they were all welcoming and made me feel like I've known them forever. Richard, took the chance and started my transaction in hopes of it going through so I wouldn't have to come all the way back tomorrow. My transaction went through and I was a happy camper. There was only one customer waiting at the register, and 3 employees with their backs turned towards us. Apparently on employee was assisting her, when 2 more customers came in and joined the line, making it 5 customers in total. The other two employees, still had there backs turned while we waited, going on 5 minutes. They refused to turn around and acknowledge anyone of us. The male employee must have sensed that I was about to go off, when he turned around acting shocked, like he didn't her people coming through the doors initially.
