Had to purchase a phone for my daughter but the store in my neighborhood had an issue with their “10 min safe” that refused to open and release the phone. Decided to find a location close to my job, the store on Pitkin popped up.
Called ahead to make sure they had the phone and Sam confirmed they did. Went straight there after work, parking was easy. Sam greeted when I walked in and we went straight to business. He made the transaction super easy and smooth. He offered options to add an extra account, phone accessories and a clear insight about what my bill would be.
I took note of the fact that even when they were engaged with customers, as others walked in they were keen to greet them and express they’d be with them shortly. I was really proud of the way the entire team handled themselves and their customers. Shout out to Sam, Zacari and Ijana /Ljiana (sorry if I misspelled her name).
Def will go out of my way to go back to this store for future...
   Read moreI went in here last Saturday and was asked if I wanted insurance, I said NO and the lady still put it on which I just seen after receiving my bill break down for the next month. I have ZERO insurance on all of my devices, why would she add it to this one? I know why, she’s a sneaky commission earner that doesn’t care about her customers. I’m never going back here. Ever again. Not to mention, I came in for a simple upgrade but instead she started over quoting me for stuff I didn’t ask for… it was clear that my needs as a customer was not more important than whatever KPI’s she had to hit for the month....
   Read moreThe new guy helping me was good. But the rest of the staff is very unprofessional. As I was being helped, two staff members came and sat at my table and carried on their own conversation, cursing up a storm! No regards for customer service. Then a bit later one of them were asked to do something and she became disrespectful yelling "I'm about to go on lunch, so when I'm on my break later don't ask me why I'm eating so late," huh?? I'm just not use to Tmobile being so unprofessional. They really should improve their standards on who they hire and what they tolerate as...
