Dollar Tree — Attraction in New York

I went to this store to exchange something. The woman (pregnant) who helped me asked me the for the receipt. I showed her and checked the receipt. She told me to go to Sunnyside, NY for the broken item. She said I bought it there that I should go there and exchange it. Is this your DT policy? I got upset and went to Dollar Tree in Rockaway Blvd. When I came in the store this woman (light green polo shirt) greeted me nicely. She saw me with a DT bag. She asked me if I have items to exchange. I said yes. I showed her the item and told me to get it in Aisle 5. Finally, i got to exchange the item. Thank you very much Juliet! You are the best when talking and helping the customers.

I’m not going to this store anymore. Anyway they are not the only Dollar Tree store...

I usually dont leave negative feedback like this but this one definitely warrants it.I am a big DOLLAR TREE SHOPPER because I am a crafter. Not only was this store absolutely messy dirty and unprofessional. They never have anything in stock .Items are all over the floor.The employees argue with eachother infront of customers and they only always have just 1 one register open which leads to long lines and customers fighting amongst eachother. I am a disabled customer and was being rung up and had some things to exhange .Due to my disability I am unable to move as fast as others. So I was cursed at and threatened by a customer. The store did absolutely nothing.This store should shut down or hire a whole new team. Its DISCUSTING and they will no longer get...

This store had many of the typical Dollar Tree items. Surely decent offerings, however some common items were unavailable. Overall the store's tidiness and organization could be improved. The Staff was mostly friendly from the few that were seen working. The store is located in a decent neighborhood, however there is limited parking here. Best to plan ahead if a visit is intended. There were plenty of baskets available as well. The refrigerated section appeared to be well stocked. Mobile pay is available at checkout,...
