Dr Ezra Cohen OD PLLC Sunsation Eyewear — Attraction in New York

I am a teacher in a middle school in the Manhattan. We invited Eyes on Education, a non profit run by this establishment and I was impressed with the level of care they brought to our school building. All of our students received a full comprehensive eye exam and were prescribed glass in the cases where it was called for. I had been looking for a organization for years and was so happy when I found Eye on Education. Dr Nicole (who came to our school) was excellent when dealing with our students and seemed very knowledgeable on treating all types of children. I hate to use the word impressed multiple times but I feel it is the best word for the level of care I saw that day. I would 100% recommend them for your school, child, or whatever the case. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 50 years now and working on a computer 8-10 hours a day, this is my first time at Sunsation Eyewear. I was asked about headaches which are more frequent when I strain to see. This was the first time I was told the 20/20 rule when working on a computer every 20 minutes take a 20 second break and focus somewhere far, what a wonderful information! I was also told about the bad blue light the comes from monitors, and your mobile devices. The doctor said she will add a special Blue coating to my glasses to help protect me eyes from some of the blue lights that monitors give off. Sunsation Eyewear doctors care! Definitely...

If I could give negative stars, I would. While the doctors are perfectly fine, it is the staff that Is absolutely a nightmare. The assistant Tiffany who helps with eye glasses has absolutely no manners. Instead of taking the time to go over my insurance, she barked that my daughter was not covered for glasses, went back inside her office and would not address any questions leaving my daughter crying because she wanted to get a pair of glasses. How can a person who deals with patients and customers have so much gathered for them. Needless to say I did not order glasses there and will...
