I recently had the pleasure of working with Everything Entertainment for our holiday event on Thanksgiving.
This was my first time renting a tent, so I wasn’t sure if this was a good idea and what the process would be like.
My first interaction was with Danielle who was extremely professional, attentive and very sweet. She provided me with the details and answered all my questions and concerns. From that conversation I felt I had chosen the right company, and I was 100% correct.
Scott came over to do a site inspection, measure the space and gave us very good recommendations and options on how to accommodate 25 people with a buffet in our space. His measurements were accurate and the set up was perfect.
On the scheduled day, the staff arrived on time, worked hard and did a terrific job. They tested the heaters and made sure the tents were secure. They were very polite, extremely professional, and very nice. When they were done, they cleaned everything up and had the tents ready for us to decorate.
The weather in November had been mild without rain for 2 months, but suddenly the weather changed, and heavy rain was forecasted. Our walkway to the tent was not covered and we were concerned our guests would get wet. We called Danielle while they were assembling the tents and ordered another tent to cover the walkway. Without hesitation they figured out how to accommodate us and they came back and added an extension tent which worked perfectly.
Their recommendation on using the clear panels on the tents was fantastic and aesthetically pleasing and our guests got to enjoy the outside while being warm inside the tent. It was a perfect holiday.

From the beginning, Danielle and Scott went above and beyond to accommodate all of our event requests, and they were exceptionally responsive and flexible when it came to handling any last-minute changes. Notably, everything we had rented was in place, and nothing was missing.
The on-site team, including Val, was equally remarkable during the load-in and load-out phases. They diligently adhered to all event site regulations and requirements, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup, allowing us to kick off our event right on time. Their quick load-out left the site looking as if there hadn't been an event at all.

We had originally planned on working with another company and doing the set up ourselves to save money, but we ended up choosing Everything Entertainment to take care of everything and are so glad we did. Scott was incredibly responsive--I think I sent him over 25 emails asking questions and coordinating details, and he always responded quickly and helpfully. We had been trying to figure out the layout ourselves, but he offered us layout suggestions that were far superior, and he visited the space to double-check everything would fit. He supervised the set-up and checked in both before and after to make sure everything went well.
