I have visited the Glen Oaks Village Pollinator Garden for some time now, and every time I visit I always end up feeling so refreshed and calm. It's a small space, but it is used so well and even though you're literally steps away from Union Turnpike, you feel like you're in this separate oasis far from everything.
There are always creatures floating around; during my recent visit I saw a pair of monarch butteries which was really cool. I enjoy bringing my book and just sitting on the bench, taking in the fresh air.
