Today I came into the bank to accomplish 2 different tasks. I’m happy to say I’m more than a satisfied customer. I specifically approached Sophia Sutton. From my past experience she has been a great help to my father and I. I’ve known her for short time but I’ve seen her go above and beyond. Since I first met her I knew she was blessed with an enlightening spirit. Today I got to know a little bit about her. I must say she’s a strong woman. We had a conversation about my deceased mother which I normally don’t like to talk about. The fact that she showed such concern and care for my mother I was able to let my guard down. Read moreWe have been banking at this particular branch for a very long time. When we started, it was only due to the fact that this was our neighborhood bank. But we were impressed by the personalized service given by our Relationship Manager Dywantie Gobin. She is extremely helpful and during the years we have seen that she keeps a regular eye on the account, so we never have to worry about anything. Dywantie is the reason that we have opened accounts for our other corporations there as well and from one account, now we have over 25 accounts at that branch for our Verizon Retail Stores. We really like her professionalism and the personal attention to so many of our accounts. We would say she is one of the best Bank executives we have met. Read moreI went to this branch for a simple transaction and faced racial profiling/discrimation from two employees, Mrs. B. Myers and Mrs. S. Sutton.
They asked for additional verification when it was not needed and their only justification they tried to use was I never banked at that particular location before along with an alleged issue with my signature on file. I refused to provide any additional info and they released the money to me but only when I threatened to close out the account and name them as the reason.
