Disgusting, lying staff.....

This place is a CON.....because the staff are ill trained, nasty and flat out stupid with their sales skills. I purchased in 2015 because I wanted a particular Kerela style design. The woman who was the Manager lied about basically everything. She said that Jackson Heights jewelers were selling "old" 22k gold....and theirs was the only store that sold "new" gold. This is just idiotic, because almost all gold is "old"....i.e. melted down, refined and reused. Then, she overcharged me while pretending to give me a "good price". Her hideously behaved daughter who was as ugly on the inside as she was on the outside was rude and ill-tempered. The only saving grace was the owner.....who seems to be a nice man....but, he should hire better staff. The final straw for me was when she asked me to pay in cash which I did.....and AFTER taking my money...she then PUT my paid-for necklace on HER neck to model it and show it to me!!! Ridiculous. She was disgusting in every way. Please don't go back. The only reason I was there was for Mallu designs.....but, after this experience I only purchase in Dubai. The Mallus there are uncivilized as well....but, at least they have better sales skills.....and you have...

I will never go to this place again. I am a regular customer buying things for my whole family.Today I need to fix one of my chains so I called to make sure if the man is there to fix. So I went there as he said he’s available. He said he need to put up the display so I waited 25 min with my mom who can’t even sit for long time. Even after 25 min he kept on putting up the display. He could had told us to come back after some time or he could had said to come back after this time when I called. After I told him my mom can’t sit for longer, he said well I have to do this job..... very arrogant man..... let him be busy putting up the display and make it beautiful .... I would rather go to Jackson heights where I get a good customer care. If I was there to buy something , it would be a totally different treatment. Lost one whole family and friends business...

Not for the faint hearted. If you like real solid gold jewelry (22k -24k) then Kerala is the place for you. I've had multiple pieces (18k rings and 18k necklaces) made by them, dipped and polished. DJ the jeweler (in the little office on the side) is a gentleman and the man you want to speak to if it's fabrication or your own design you are interested in having made. Just today I picked up a ruby ring I had designed with mine and my daughters birth years on the sides of the ring and greek keys crowning the ruby with an inscription on the inside.Brought my own gold and ruby and this only cost me a few hundred. Again, This store does not carry 14k or even worse 10k peasant gold. Only pure gold and they do have a giant...
