I recently ordered a 12 piece nuggets combo today, and this is what I received. Doesn’t look anything like nuggets, and the chicken was not even fully cooked. I also took a hiatus ordering from this specific popeyes for about 2-3 months because of an incident I had during the holiday time. Apparently I had to specify that I had a seafood allergy, even though nothing in my order was seafood based. 🤣 When my parents did decide to call the manager about the incident being I had popcorn shrimp in my chicken nuggets combo, (mind you there was more than one piece) he insisted my parents were in the wrong for not specifying I had an allergy. I then proceeded to talk to the manager myself, and still insisted that I was wrong. I am a 21 year old college student, and with my previous 2 years fast food experience that I’ve had, I’m pretty sure you don’t cross-contaminate seafood with regular chicken, correct me if I’m wrong. The funny part is, the manager Mohammed whom I spoke too, told me he would have changed the oil if we told him, blatantly admitting he does indeed cross contaminate his food! I love Popeyes, and I’ve never had such terrible experiences than this specific location, and it sucks since I was extremely excited to see one open so close to my house.

Grand opening, I usually don't eat Popeyes but hey why not, they're cajun Fries are always great. Pretty impressive how fast they put this place up, watched the progress driving by from time to time, probably under 3 weeks I would say. Pretty busy obviously, they missed something in my order but really not a big deal, all new employees working fast paced. I just reordered. 5 piece wings with cajun Fries and a biscuit. 2 orders of tenders. Everything looks good , delicious for a weekened fast food desire very friendly staff.

Word to the wise, if you make customers wait 20+ mins for “fried chicken” at a fried chicken restaurant, make sure you at least give them the fresh pieces and not the dried up pieces leftover from the previous batch that no one wanted. This was prime dinner time at 6:00pm nonetheless when customers (more than 5) were waiting for the orders when the restaurant itself is empty.

Have had multiple issues with this location, from the slow service to the bad attitudes of the cashiers and food that is not fresh. My last time there was the worst. First issue was the cashier started to take my order then passed me off to another worker who I could tell was new. I told her my order which included a chicken sandwich combo but plain(no mayo and no pickles). I had to repeat the request at least 4 times because she didn’t put it in the system. To make matters worse my order took over 15 minutes to get and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. What made me furious was when I went to give my son the chicken sandwich and it had pickles on it and he’s allergic to them. I had already left the location so I couldn’t go back. I did however do the survey on the receipt indicating the issue and requested someone from the restaurant call me back to discuss. Of course never received a call or email. I went to customer support through corporate to express my dissatisfaction. After over a week a got a response from someone there who just said they would inform the restaurant of the incident when I requested a refund. All I got was a $15 off online purchase refund when I purchased nearly $40 of food that day. Support said it was up to the restaurant to decide if they would give a refund. Needless to say over a week later still no contact from the restaurant.

Only because my kids school is close by and they love Popeyes I come here but my patience is done with this location. Do better and train your staff on how to listen to the customer and get their...

What can I say! Where do I even begin?! This Popeyes was by far the worst experience I’ve had with any other Popeyes restaurant. I am baffled beyond belief about the service, the quality and the hygiene! Upon entering Popeyes the cashier was very standoffish and rude. She hesitated in answering my questions, she had a very rude demeanor and just wanted me to hurry up and she didn’t listen properly to my order I asked for wings I ended up getting a drumstick and a chicken breast! I didn’t want make a big stink about it because I’m a pretty relaxed person, as I was eating and biting down on my food and I noticed how it looked undercooked, slimy and gray! My sons fries and chicken nuggets looked soaked in oil! It doesn’t end there the worst part about the entire situation was an employee handling the food walked into the bathroom with their gloves on and came out of the bathroom with their gloves on! Only to go back and handle the food; I am not sure but I know one thing is for certain that is not how you properly sanitize yourself before handling customers food! At this point I had enough I returned all the food I showed them how my food looked and I explained to them what happened and that I witnessed one of the employees going to the bathroom. I just gave them back all of the food and drinks and I wanted my money back even getting a refund was a hassle they went from trying to give me cash to putting it in my card they were so rude and treated me as though I was the one at fault! My experience was incomprehensible what a shame I will never...

I arrived at the Popeyes drive-thru with the expectation of a quick and convenient meal. However, my experience took a negative turn when I was instructed to wait outside for an estimated 6-minute duration. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a brief wait turned into an ordeal lasting well over 20 minutes.

As I waited in my car, growing increasingly frustrated, I noticed that no staff members approached to provide updates or assistance. The lack of communication left me feeling disregarded and undervalued as a customer. With each passing minute, my patience wore thin, and I began to question whether it was worth continuing to wait.

Eventually, I made the decision to go inside the restaurant to seek an explanation for the delay. Upon entering, I was met with an indifferent attitude from the staff. Their lack of remorse for the extended wait and the inconvenience I had endured only added to my frustration. It was disheartening to witness such an apparent disregard for customer satisfaction and basic courtesy.

In the end, my visit to this Popeyes left me with a negative impression of their customer service and operational efficiency. The combination of an unreasonably long wait time, poor communication, and a dismissive attitude from the staff overshadowed any positive aspects of the meal, making it an overall...
