Truly horrible experience. Arrived at 2 and they weren't letting anyone in due to it being full. Then they closed the pool from 3 to 4 for cleaning. But ppl were lining up to get in at 4 from 2:30. So I stood in line in 100 degrees with no shade with my 3 kids under 5. Then close to four the line got jam packed. They finally let ppl in at 4:15 with everyone trying to cut the line. Inside the pool was ok but its only 3 ft deep all around. I tried to take the kids to the baby pool and they said its full. Again. They provided lunches but when I went to get one about 10 minutes after they were made available, they were all gone. I finally got in the baby pool for a few minutes only for everyone to get kicked out of the pool so the people outside still waiting could have a turn at 5, one hour after I finally got it. Most of the people there seemed nice enough and staff were nice-ish but there was a few people acting very trashy who made things even more stressful while waiting. Overall a terrible experience. Would not reccomend. Will not...
Read moreKiddy pool was closed seems to be all the time their excuse is there is no staff to work there but clearly that is not true and also they dont care if you have a baby your gonna have to take in a not safe pool for adults. Have over extended rules they don't follow themselves. All lifeguards where on their phones and other staff that work in the pool area as well. Staff is not professional at all they approach you with intent to start an altercation. A staff member by the name of Walter at the pool is very confrontational. My husband use to work at that pool and it seems things need to be addressed at that pool very unprofessional especially the Caucasian gentleman as well needs to be taken a second look at. They also picked and choose who could dive or jump in the pool. The gossiping the staff is also doing in front of other staff and customers that attend the pool. Wait till the end of the day not while your working. The only plus is hear from my husband it's better in the morning but still a...
Read morePlease consider adding a family locker room area. For example: me, a single mother to a giant 7 year old boy. It’s just the 2 of us. I am not willing to have him go to Mens locker room on his own, yet. Today, we were asked to leave the women locker room. There were obviously women changing. Believe me, I respect that but where do we change? Ok, let’s also consider it were opposite; a dad with his daughter? Respectfully; please consider this: There’s space right when you walk into locker room; where you can put up a small divider or a curtain to allow us in changing our clothes. Please! 🙏🏼 I give 5 stars because we enjoy our time and staff team is always kind, courteous and friendly; Im grateful; wholeheartedly. I wont allow one uncomfortable incident to blind me from all the other great moments....
