Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service at Walgreens – DO BETTER!
I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect and unprofessionalism from a pharmacy in my life. I’ve been trying to contact this Walgreens multiple times and either no one answers the phone, or worse — they pick up and immediately hang up WHILE I’m speaking. This isn’t just bad service, it’s negligent and downright rude.
Pharmacies are supposed to be a lifeline for people, especially when it comes to prescriptions and medical needs. Ignoring calls and hanging up on customers who are just trying to get help is completely unacceptable. What if someone was calling about an urgent medication issue? This kind of careless behavior can literally put lives at risk.
If this location can’t manage to provide basic courtesy and communication, they shouldn’t be trusted with anyone’s health. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere immediately — and I suggest others do the same until Walgreens gets it together.
Shameful service....
Read moreSafety Alert!!!! while parked this location my car window was smashed and bags stolen. I was parked directly under their cameras next to the door entrance. The store manager stated I could not review the camera, only police can. While awaiting police arrival other customers walking into the store and seeing my car began to tell me how the exact same thing happened to them while they were parked in the Walgreens lot. When the manager came back to speak to me I informed her of what the other customers said about also experiencing their windows being smashed and items stolen.Manager said to me "this happens all the time here, this is the third time this month". This store is aware of this safety risk & has not put any measures in place to protect their customers. This is happening on their property, frequently. They've assumed no responsibility, they are being complaisant and not proactive. Not implementing anything that can ensure their customers can shop there safely. I will NEVER shop at this...
Read moreI went to the store and couldn't find the melatonin + ashwaganda supplements I purchased some time ago. I asked an associate, and he said, "They reset the house frequently and got rid of those ones." I got some 10 MG melatonin pills, BOGO. When I got home, I discovered the ones I had previously were 1 MG. I went back and exchanged for 3 MG, which were cheaper. Here's where it gets interesting. The original purchase was for Walgreens brand supplements. The return was for Finest Nutrition. Two bottles were accounted for in the return, and then one was charged again BOGO, giving me my two bottles of the cheaper supplements at the higher price. What a wild mess that store seems to be.
At this point, I'm going to take it as a lesson learned for $6 and cease the madness, the lesson being, move to Manhattan and go to Duane Read (I know they're owned by Walgreens, but I've never had a bad experience). Until then, go to the pharmacy around the...
