One of my favorite KeyFood locations is Kings Highway 🥰 The food buffet always smells delicious and at an affordable price 🤤 The cashiers who attend are very friendly. I have shopped here on many occasions and the last time I went it left me a little sad because the dairy rotation apparently is not very good. Most WIC-approved milk expires in 20 days. I wouldn't be able to drink 4 gallons (128 fl) of milk in 20 days (I know it's not the store's fault and I still bought to support and I'll try to drink or use it as a cooking ingredient) 🫣 It is also important to note that here they accept payments with EBT, WIC, CASH, Credit/Debit Cards and contactless payments. If you buy 10 items or less, you can make self-check out. The vegetables are inexpensive and fresh variety to choose from (the Bay Pkwy location unfortunately I only found vegetables that most almost rotten)...

I bought packaged chicken breast here. When I started cooking the first pieces, they foamed unusually in the pan - which was already a red flag. Then I opened the rest and found dark bloody spots and clots inside the raw meat. This is unacceptable and very upsetting. I still have the original packaging with the label. Please take quality control seriously

This place is stock to the gills with product. The store is clean, the aisles are tight enough to get around, the staff is efficient and they offer delivery. I would suggest you call to find out the coverage area. This is a middle eastern enclave so the shelves are going to be filled to cater to this specific demographic.

I truly don’t know how this place stays in business. The level of scam artistry here is astounding. Let’s start with the meat, I bought two relatively normal sized New York strip steaks for $18. They looked decent so I decided to grab them… when I got home, opened them up and flipped them over they both had massive bones and fat. They packaged them in a way where you couldn’t see it from the side facing up on the display. Checked the label to make sure I didn’t mess up and bought bone in steaks…. Nope, doesn’t say anywhere that they’re bone in. About half the weight of the meat gone in bone and fat. Moving on to international meats and cheeses. The few packs of bologna and pate I picked up were months expired, not like right on the line but months over the date. Then we have the fruits. They sell a small pack of raspberries for $7.99! Not organic, not a large pack, the small packs I normally buy 2 for $5 at most fruit stores, and the price is hidden away where you don’t really know till you check out. To top it off most of the fruit is on the way out, you have at best a couple days left with it. Organic milk and eggs, overpriced, ice cream, overpriced, soup in a can, you guessed it, over priced. The only thing you might be able to grab here that’s worth it is junk and soda and I highly suggest you check the exp dates. Repeatedly tried this place because it was on the way for me, but at this point I’d rather...

After being stopped, prior to already paying for my items. I was told to empty out my pockets because I was suspected of stealing. This is total BS as I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years. After being thoroughly humiliated I left and filed a formal complaint with the corporate office. Since my friend going back and asking for an explanation was basically told that people steal from them all the time. So I guess they are justified in stopping brown people in hoodies, because we are all criminals. So after contacting the corporate office, the owner of this location contacts me and tells me there was an error and that the manager was suppose to stop someone else who was shoplifting, (who incidentally they did not catch) instead of me. He apologized and I met the store owner the next time he was at the location. But the manager who stopped me and accused me of stealing, who I have seen basically every time i go shopping there did not apologize for his mistake. He continues to glare at me whenever I pass, as if I was in the wrong for complaining to corporate about the shabby way that I was treated. I still have to shop there, since this is the only decent supermarket in the area, (RIP Fine Fare). but I do so begrudgingly and with a heavy heart. It sucks to have to keep spending money at a place because there are no...

Worst service is the area. The renovated store is better that before but the service is terrible. I went to shop there today (12/31/2023) and the lady at the cash register was extremely rude. She filled a big paper bag with the previous customer’s items but kept it on top of the stationary conveyer belt so my wife couldn’t our items on there. My wife politely asked her to move the bag to the area where items that are already rung up are moved to. The cash register lady was very rude to my wife who has lived in the area for almost 60 years. To make things worse, the lady had a scary patch on one eye. We moved to the next aisle. This cash register lady was polite but the huge security guard behind her was distracting her with conversation. And he had his huge backpack stored on top of the area where rung up items are moved to, causing us a lot of difficulty. Terrible service. Will go to Foodtown...
