Key Food Supermarkets — Attraction in New York

The one on 101Ave and 124 street was the worst Key Food I've experienced.ost of the fruits and vegetables were moldy, old and bruised. Ther were a lot of expired merchandise as far back as 2024. There price didn't match the label or sale. If I didn't speak up they were going to charge me the higher price. The young man in charge (I'm assuming) just blurred out a price without checking and when I said no that's not the price it's $5 lower, he gave me attitude and said that's the price, so I insisted for him and my friend to go check as I was unloading my cart, and sure enough I was right. As he was walking he had to mention that the price he said was the price and that they just changed it. What the case they should also physically check and not assume the price. Never...

I never had like this bad experience before in keyfood and even I use this store more than one-year and never meet like this unrespected and undisciplined and unprofessional cashier this one can destroyed the customer service and I want to say this is my last shopping in this store because of this cashier first of all she let the customers wait even there is no one front her and she called late and then she doesn’t wait the customers until they put their things and start to scan when you put anything she scan it and throwing it she really look unhappy with this job that’s why should be not working any more there because she is gonna let the customer be unhappy with the service and am gonna send a video to department of customer service to...

The store itself is good what I have to make a complain about is how keyfood workers are having a homeless man living under the store shed at the front.that man is very rude at the recycling center he hogs the recycling machines to himself all day and never gives others a chance to use them he thinks he owns all of the machines.the other day when I was recycling plastic bottles I told him to hurry up I need to recycle too and he kept being selfish and hogging the machines and I only had a few bottles I was going to be quick and he been rude even elderly people were getting mad at him for hogging the machines because they wanted to use them too.Keyfood employees should remove that man from living under the store...
