King Installation — Attraction in New York

I had a very disappointing experience with this vendor. While things started off promising, the subcontractors consistently disrespected the space—leaving drink cups, bottles, and food trash behind, even after I raised concerns multiple times. This lack of care reflected deeper issues throughout the project.

Although the vendor occasionally made helpful suggestions, I often felt like I was being nickel-and-dimed. There were repeated instances of poor communication and a refusal to take responsibility. Items were clearly damaged while only his team was on site, yet he deflected blame to other contractors who hadn’t been there in weeks. He also made unauthorized decisions under the guise of "initiative," which led to mistakes. Rather than acknowledge them, he tried to convince me the outcome was better—dismissing my concerns rather than correcting the issues.

I also paid for his team to sand and stain the floors, but the job was done so poorly it had to be completely redone, causing additional delays. Several things were left unfinished—including radiators that didn’t function after being reinstalled.

It was surprising and confusing when he later followed up asking for the final payment, despite never returning to complete the job or addressing the open concerns (final payment was due after full completion of the work). After I asked whether he planned to come back, I never heard from him again. I eventually had to hire another professional to fix and finish what his team...

i needed to hang a T.V and install 5.1 speaker system . i found King installation on google and a friend had also told me about it , they are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional . We hired King Installation and Victor for several home improvement projects in our new condo and they did a fantastic job!
