On September 27th 2020 I bought a FIT Bluetooth Headset for $28.00 .

I use to listen to my school lectures. On October 10th 2020 the device stopped charging.

I brought it back to the store with the receipt on October 16th 2020.

THEY REFUSE TO EXCHANGE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM, (bluetooth headset), stating the store policy- No return after 7 days. The problem is

1. The sign stating such is taped 12feet above a shelf of merchandise and
2. neither of the cash registers, (point of sale), have policy signage displayed.

I took the photos of the store counter and called 911 for an incident report.

They display photos of shoplifters more prominently than their return policy

I'm a Paralegal Student , so here we go..

This $30 shady episode will have the owners paying me damages for the loss of the ability to complete my university courses this semester plus treble damages. So, $2,390.00...

I am not stopping there, News12 the Bronx, and the City Councilman .

This must stop... Buyer beware.
