Park amenities are third rate and the restroom is in constant use by vagrants posing as taxi drivers who often leave their vehicles idling curbside. The noise from the FDR Drive is often deafening particularly from the city ambulances which use sirens at a decibel-range far above that which causes hearing damage in adults. This park I’m always impeccably clean and well kept, unfortunately there is the expectation of the men’s bathroom where taxi drivers use as a pit stop and leave its facilities disgusting. It seems like the person who maintains the park does the best they can and it is reflected in the women’s bathroom and the rest of the park as well.
