If you're familiar with off-Broadway theaters, this is more of an off-off-Broadway theater in terms of size and amenities. It's literally just the stage with three stepped rows of folding chairs and a small entrance (with an even smaller bathroom, and of course the dressing room for the cast). But don't let the spartan theater fool you, as the cast are real actors performing serious theater.
The other thing I'll add is that it's easy to walk past the entrance to the theater as there are no exterior signs making what it is. Look for the address above the doorway, and ring the number listed on the directory if the door is closed. Also, at least for the performance I went to see, the theater doesn't open until 15 minutes...
