Marine Park Tennis Courts — Attraction in New York

I've been coming to Marine Park tennis courts for over 35 years. Tennis courts have been redone over 1 year ago. So far courts are in excellent condition. However, 2 nets have been damaged for over 1 month and no one bothers to repair. Number of people have report the issue to 311 with no results. It would be nice if the courts would be swept at least once a day in the morning, however, it does not look like that happens. It would also be very helpful to install Wind screens between courts, to minimize wind as well as distraction of seeing background behind your opponent when playing.
