Grand Wok — Restaurant in New York

I ordered from here earlier today and not only did the delivery guy not listen so my landloard had to call me to tell me my food arrived, but every single piece of my order was wrong...and the guy held it on its side so every drop of sauce leaked out making the whole thing one massive mess...when i called the restaurant to tell them the irder was wrong and thinga like tge scalion pancakes were under cooked to the point of bwing mushy batter i was told "ita supposed to be that way, what do you want me to do about it"....maybe send me a new order...credit me back my money or give me a credit for when i order next...iv eaten from here for most of my life and NEVER had these issues...not a happy...

I ordered chicken noodle soup. When the girl bent down in front of the refrigerator and took out noodles from a container some noodles fell out, I think inside the refrigerator and she picked them up and put them back in. She looked at me to see if I saw her. Also two workers were making egg rolls and were not using gloves. I went online to dept of health to make complaint.The soup had no flavor but I guess I should be happy it didn’t taste like disinfectant from floor....

Ordered a shrimp Chow Mein but the dish only had vegetables and shrimp. No noodles what so ever. When we called to ask they said this is how it is made. Waste of money and liars. How can a noodle dish NOT have any noodles. My guess is that they are too lazy to redo it because of their mistake. Stay away from...
